Excellent!

I got the first sample, the veg biryani as a market research thing. I get hundreds of these, so my expectations were not high. This blew me away! Really excellent quality, easy to make, although watch the water you add... I prefer a thicker gravy so go towards the lower end of the amount stated on the instructions. Incredibly easy to make and to add to. I'm not a veggie, so happy to add chicken pieces to the mix. I've even had it for breakfast, with an added egg makes a fantastic spicy start to the day. I'm a good cook, so never go for pre packed foods, but have to say this is now pretty much a staple in our house. Not tried them all yet, but all so far are amazing.

Bought the corporate bundle & flavours of india to try.
Very easy to use just add water>
So far tried the Veg Kolhapuri & Biryani both really nice tasting and rehydrate well.
Looking forward to trying other dishes.

So far I've really enjoyed the range.The flavours are great, and varied , the level of spice has,for me, been just right.Ive been having as both a light lunchtime meal as well as adding to a dish.

Cooked in India – how?

It’s simple! Once these meals are freshly cooked, the air and moisture are instantly removed (a process called ‘freeze-drying’), which keeps the taste and structure the same untilYOUrehydrate it with boiling water. Makes sense, right?

Do these meals contain any preservatives?

NO! Freeze-drying technology allows us to use 100% natural ingredients WITHOUT losing the taste, freshness and quality of your meals. This is the same technology that NASA use to keep food fresh when sending astronauts into space! Cool, right?

Is any cooking involved?

No, all you do is add boiling water, or microwave if you prefer (instructions found on the back of each packet). We would always recommend using a measuring jug to ensure the meal rehydrates correctly.

How long do meals stay fresh for?

When you receive your meals, you can store your meals in the cupboard and they will typically stay fresh for at least 4 weeks. Each packet has a best before date printed, so always refer to that as this may vary.
